Bug spray for carpenter ants! Better control for all night loud drunks would be nice. Overall would recommend for a visit. Choose your site carefully. Some are very small. Roads are very narrow.

Good time. Camp attendants no longer are aware of who is registered In campground Lake was up 3 1/2 feet and was unable to keep boat in water. Rangers asked me to move boat and trailer out of parking lot due to them blocking off parking lot. I rented the spot beside me online so as to have a safe and secure place for my boat. Rangers came by several times asking if that was my boat and what I planned to do with it. Once I told them I had paid for that site they went on their way. Tried to rent site at gate but attendants don’t spend much time there during weekdays. The rangers and attendants should know with what’s rented Rangers we’re polite and respectful but camp attendants aren’t on top of things like in the past. Heard talk last year about doing away with attendants at campgrounds. That will be a mistake as there needs to be some organization in campgrounds. Looks like you have plenty of rangers as I counted at least 6 different ones. Been camping at philpott for 50 years. Hate to see a change for the worse
