We had a fantastic experience glamping at Liberty Road RV Park! This place is a true 'hidden gem' in the Parsons/Scotts Hill area. Travis and his Mom were outstanding and very accommodating! Even Rocky Top Randall enjoyed his time!
The glamping sites are wonderful—they’ve recently upgraded the infrastructure, so you now have the luxury of air conditioning, heating, a refrigerator, and a microwave right in your tent. It’s the perfect way to enjoy nature without giving up any comforts. They even have a specific 'Tiny Peaceful Place' that is perfect if you’re traveling solo.
The atmosphere is what really sets this park apart. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful at night, with a strict 'smoke-free' policy that keeps the air fresh for everyone. I loved walking the well-lit pedestrian trail at night, which leads right to the dog park area. Speaking of which, the dog park is great—it has obstacles for the pups and a nice bleacher area for us to sit and watch them.
The location is also excellent. You’re only about 2.7 miles from the Tennessee River, so it’s a quick trip for boating or fishing. The owners have clearly put so much heart into this project, and it shows in every detail, from the security cameras for safety to the cute mascot photo op on the park bench.
Highly recommend for a quiet weekend reset or a comfortable stop on your journey.
