Utilities
- Turn off utilities when leaving for more than 2 days; refrigerator can stay on.
- Do not drain gray or black water on the ground; use sewer connections provided.
Fires & fuel
- Fires must be contained in provided fire barrels.
Pets
- Pets must be leashed when outside your camper.
- Management can deny pets that threaten health or safety; all pet rules must be followed.
Vehicles & parking
- Washing cars or boats in the campground is prohibited; RVs can be washed occasionally by annual guests.
- Only licensed drivers can operate golf carts and other vehicles in the park.
- Only park in your assigned site; do not block roads; use designated parking area if needed.
- Use the designated parking area if your site does not allow enough parking.
Safety & rules
- Keep your site clean and do not dispose of trash in fire barrels.
- Maintain reasonable noise levels and respect your neighbors' peace.
- The resort is not liable for accidents or theft; lock your vehicles and RVs.
- Tenants are liable for any damage to the park or its equipment.
- Only bagged household trash in the dumpster; no large items.
- A signed waiver is required to use the lake; be cautious of terrain and wildlife.
- Properties left unclaimed for 60 days will be considered abandoned.
- No subletting or renting of your RV or site is allowed.
- Management is not liable for damage to your property from disasters or theft.
- Only private recreational use is allowed; no commercial activities or illegal actions.
