What Guests Are Saying

Arrowhead Lakes Resort offers a nice camping experience with friendly staff and well-maintained cabins, although some guests noted issues like high temperatures in cabins and small TVs. The campground is family-friendly, featuring spacious campsites and amenities, with a pool currently under renovation expected to enhance the experience further. While some visitors found the sales presentation to be pressured, others appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, particularly during the membership tour.

DO NOT fall for their sales scam. These positive reviews cannot be real. We were already going to be in Ohio so we figured why not. The $50 we were promised was just a discount book, and the free stay we "won" is only valid for far away places that they know most people won't go. Thankfully I'm smart enough not to buy into their contract but don't waste your time thinking you're going to get any sort of incentive for sitting through their bs presentation.

We were invited for a tour by signing up at a RV show. We stayed in a cabin which was very nice. Only down side was it was 80 degrees in there when we arrived and the ac didnt work. We talked with Rob about their membership. He was great! Very professional, easy going, and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all and gave us time to discuss our options. You could tell he really cared and was pationate about

It was a nice campground. We didn't buy the membership it was more than we had available. Our tour guide was very nice and a really cool guy. The location is kind of weird didn't really feel like a campground since it is kind of in town. The campsites were nice plenty of roomand full hook ups. Look forward to goin there this year. Pool looks like it will be nice once it is finished. It is a little far for us to go to multiple times a year. I wish we could have afforded it.

We stayed in cabin 22. It was right in front of Bluegill Lake. We were here the end of November so it was very cold. We didn’t spend any time outside. Cabin was very nice. Good size for just us two but if we had 6 people (it sleeps 6) there wouldn’t be much room for everyone to sit around and watch tv. We brought our own tv to watch the Michigan vs OSU game and we are glad we did because the tv in the cabin was mounted above a window and it is probably a 27-32 inch. Too small and high up. We used it for a little bit one morning and our necks hurt from looking up. Stairs to the upstairs are extremely steep. Steps are only 6-7 inches deep so you have to go sideways going down. Not ideal for little kids. Main bed was comfortable but the headboard would bang against the wall when we rolled over. We ended up having to put a towel behind it so it wouldn’t wake us up. Staff was very friendly. Our 90 minute tour was with Rob. He was honest and not pushy at all so that made the experience so much better. The campsites are very close together, not much room for yard games. Fire pits are very close to where your camper is set up. For those reasons we would not camp here. We like larger sites with plenty of room. The new building sounds like it will be amazing with the pool, clubhouse, hot tub, sauna, showers, and store. It was still under construction while we were here. Overall a good experience. We would probably stay in a cabin again but not bring our camper.

I will say overall the campground is very nice and family friendly. The pool is under remodel right now but when it’s finished it will be spectacular! We attending a tour to talk about becoming members. I will say if I had more time to think about it and discuss with my husband they probably would have hooked us. I wish we had more time to think about the offer instead of the hour timeframe we spend with them.
