Austin Lake RV Park and Cabins

The Cable family has owned and operated Austin Lake since 1946. This 1,300 acre park is located in the scenic Appalachian foothills of the Ohio Valley. Included in the campground is an 80 acre stocked lake for fishing, swimming and boating (25 hp limit), There are many opportunities to choose your adventure: Wibit inflatable obstacle course, pontoon rentals, stand-up paddle-boards, kayaks, paddle boats, bumper boats, pedal karts, golf cart rentals, gem mine, gaga ball pit, playgrounds, basketball, sand volleyball, corn hole, foosball, snack bar, ice cream, camp store, and metal dinosaur sculptures, pond or lake fishing and a pollywog pond. Many playgrounds are scattered throughout the park near campsites and cabins. Several hiking or mountain biking trails are located on the property. A beautiful shady creek also extends the length of the campground, providing many opportunities to explore creek life and water play. Campsites are full hook up (water, electric and sewer) or primitive sites (no water or electric). Most FHU campsites have stamped concrete patios. Deluxe Patio sites also have poly table, chairs and glider. Cabins all have air conditioning/heat, log furniture, porches and fire rings. Cabins are of various sizes and amenities.
