The office lady Ms. Kim is a godsend, any issues were fixed promptly. It’s well priced, has laundry on site, and fairly quiet. Would stay here again.

The place is decent. Mrs Kim, who manages the place, is super friendly and helpful. She comes to the office after hours to get packages to residents with no complaints...constantly.
Maintenance is very responsive. The heat trace wasn't working on my water spicket and my 50A breaker on the pole wasn't holding. Both items were repaired the following day after I reported it.
My only gripe would be the laundry mat. There are only a few washers that work and they are standard, home owner size. I typically go into town to do laundry.
Rough Riders Propane services the park for propane needs, which is convenient.
All in all, the place is good and the rent is fair.

We stayed here from May-mid July for my husbands work, during that time we had water shut off with either no notice, or notice AS it was/already being shut off over 7 times for the majority of the day. The park itself leaves lots to be desired as the majority of it is either vacant trailer storage, or some form of junk pile. Their laundry room only has a few operating washers and dryers compared to the amount of non working ones, and the dryers they do have catch your clothes and damage them and take multiple cycles to even dry what clothes are in there regardless of the size of load. We would’ve rather spent a little more money and went down the road by the lake in town than stay here if we knew how it was going to be. Terry definitely has lots to learn in how to run a business.

So we stayed here because it was close to my job.
It’s really a good place to stay. I didn’t have a problem with them at all and neither with the neighbors. It’s quiet! You’ll see a feline here and there but pay them no mind they are great. They have shower houses in case for whatever reason your own water freezes up (ours did but we didn’t have our camper skirted). They also have a laundry room to get your clothes washed & dried and not having to travel into town after work. Closest store that has some things is Dollar General. Before we left at the end of this month we were told that we where gonna miss out on the updates to the shower rooms which we may be back again.

We've been here 5 years, winters can be brutal, but overall, it can be done.
Don't go to the office much but I did get married in it.
The management and office people are great.
Can't beat the price.
It is pretty quiet. Most people here work long days and come home and sleep.
People here seem to respect their neighbors.
I am glad I gave it a try in 2019.
