Arizona Charlie's Boulder RV Park

Such a bad location.. we stayed here from 2021-2022 and it was the worst park I have ever stayed at. Homeless walking through park. Prostitution out front. Management was so rude! lost packages and mail. Stuff stolen outside. SMELLED LIKE SEWAGE 🤮 They would change the gate code and I would come home from work and be locked out. And they make you move out every 6 months for a day? How dumb. Do yourself a favor and stay at duck creek rv park. SO MUCH BETTER

We stayed 3 nights in December. The park is ok, we didn’t have any issues but it doesn’t feel like it’s on the best area. Again, we had no issues but if you want something nicer this is not it. It is gated for cars but people can easily walk in. It’s also a very loud area with traffic and plane noise.

We arrived after hours so we had to call and wait for security to come bring us our check in packet. He laughed at us when we arrived and confirmed my name which was very odd.

The security guard drives around at night with his light flashing which is VERY annoying!

The bathrooms/showers were big but could use some updating. I liked that it was key card entry, however you could access it between 10pm and 7am. That was odd to us.

I did laundry on site which was easy and quick with no issues. Again, could use some updating as it felt a little run down.

Overall our stay was fine, but not sure we would stay there again. If you’re looking for a decent price and aren’t too picky then it’s a good pick.

Quiet RV Park with full hook ups. Easy access to the freeways. Plenty of pull through sites. Big rig freindly.

The lady in the office is rude for no reason and she acts like you’re bothering her if you have a question or a problem! The homeless will steal your stuff, happened to me twice in a few weeks, the wifi doesn’t work and they don’t care, it’s no concern to them! I won’t come here again! You shouldn’t have to feel this way where u live, the neighbors next to me were drug addicts tree trimming over my trailer idk why!

I was blown away from the moment we checked in Thrusday for the first time. Let me talk about the fabulous staff first! So far, I have met two lovely ladies both with the name Heather, and a lovely lady named Keisha. All three are very sweet. The main employee I have interacted with is the Heather with the glasses. She is top notch! I adore her, and told her so. One day turned into a three day stay, this being our third day.

I love the bath house. Private bathrooms in each one. Pretty cool! I wasn't expecting bathrooms this nice.

It is clean and quiet throughout the park.

We plan on exploring the clubhouse before we leave.

We will definitely return on a regular basis.
