About Bayshore Campground

Bayshore Campground is located along the Eastern Shore of Rock Hall Maryland, directly on the Chesapeake Bay. This waterfront destination offers a great camping experience, unique to other campgrounds. Our campground sits one story above sea level, offering breath taking sunsets every night and amazing views of the landscape. This elevation provides a nice breeze on hot summer nights. There is not much of a beach, but when the tide is low, you can savage for valuable seagrass, seashells, arrowheads and driftwood along the shoreline. You are welcome to fish off the Rocks on the Bay or in one of our two ponds, stocked with fish for catch and release. Do not be surprised if you catch a glimpse of our nations's favorite bird, the Bald Eagle. Our tranquil location is the perfect place for relaxation, bonding with family and unwinding from life's busy schedules. Spring, Summer and Fall are always the best times to visit, however we are open year round for the adventurists that wants to camp in the colder months of the year. Three miles south of Bayshore Campground is Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge, which includes great nature trails, amazing bird watching and access to the meeting point of the Chester River and the Chesapeake Bay. Three miles north of Bayshore Campground is the town of Rock Hall, also known as the Pearl of the Chesapeake. Rock Hall is a charming town including restaurants, shopping, marinas, coffee shops, entertainment and much more to explore . Visit all of Kent County's Historic Towns, situated on a scenic peninsula of Marylands Upper Eastern Shore, where the Chester River and Sassafras Rivers meander into the Chesapeake Bay. * Our bathhouse will be closed until further notice * All units must be self-contained

The campground was nice, our spot was a premium water front spot with excellent views, but just as with every campground/ RV resort you have built in neighbors and on Saturday evening our neighbors had invited 50 of their closest friends for a party, instantly turned the place into a carnival scene..

Absolutely Gorgeous place to put your camper, right at the waters edge. Friendly staff and wonderful neighbors too. Peace and serene environment. Only draw back was there's no rest rooms/powder room to shower. They have placed portable potty around the camp. I will visit again, my babies loved the place...

Nice campground. There were a lot of nice spots, and lots of trees for shade. It was extremely quiet which was relaxing. We had a 30 second walk to the water for some fishing and bonding time with my son. Great view of the bay and a nice breeze. Night time was also extremely quiet with a great view of the stars. Trips to.town were quick or head south for more views and fishing. Everyone there was very friendly. We will definitely be returning.

We spent Friday through Sunday at bayshore and really enjoyed it. Very quiet and laid back. You have to be self contained which is no problem for us. Just a short drive to rock hall to visit shops, restaurants, farmers market etc. Will definitely be back! Thank you Bayshore!

The sites were very adequate for our needs for our time here. The staff is very attentive. It is in a great location and proximity to many of the areas in part of Maryland. There are no restrooms here so you need to be self contained.
They are right on the water. Our site was about 80 yards from the water.
We will be back in the future.
