General

Safety & rules
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time.
- Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times. The park is not responsible for their safety or behavior.
- All trash must be bagged and tied; boxes should be broken down. Do not leave trash outside unless it is bagged. Sites must be kept clean and orderly.
- Fireworks and open firearms are not allowed on the property.
- Clothes lines, electric space heaters, cheater boxes, and pigtails are not allowed. The park is not responsible for electrical components of RVs.
- Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, and illegal drugs are not tolerated and can result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Illegal drugs are prohibited. Violators may be evicted without refund.
- These rules are established for health, cleanliness, legality, and welfare.
- Management can evict or refuse service for rule violations without refund and may change rules as necessary.
Vehicles & parking
- The speed limit is 7.5 mph.
- Each RV space allows two vehicles, which must be parked in front of the RV and out of main driveways.
- Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not allowed, and major repairs cannot be performed on-site.
Utilities
- A positive sewer seal is required at both ends of the sewer hose, and it must be fastened using a connector as per Tennessee law.
Pets
- Pets are allowed but must comply with specific rules.
- Pets must be leashed or caged outside of the RV, except licensed cats. Pets must be supervised at all times.
- Pets are not allowed on other guests' RV sites.
- Guests must clean up after their pets or face a $25 fee for violations.
- Pets causing excessive noise will lead to management intervention and possible removal from the park.
- Pets cannot be tied or chained to trees or structures in the park.
- Pets that have injured others must be removed from the park immediately.
- Aggressive pets must be removed from the park upon request without compensation.
- You are liable for any claims or damages caused by your pet at the park.
- The park reserves the right to limit or restrict certain pets, including aggressive breeds.
- Service dogs are allowed with proper documentation.
- Noncompliance with pet rules may lead to consequences under the agreement.

- Camping or sleeping outside in cars is not allowed.
- Outside storage units cannot be constructed or placed on the premises.

- Only one RV and one vehicle are permitted per rental space.
