Eustis Sand Mine Lake Boat Access SJRWMD

The Eustis Sand Mine Lake boat launch is located within the Lake Norris Conservation Area. This is an improved boat ramp with three advance-daily reservations available each day.Users are allowed one permit per week and two weekend days per month (per person, boat and vehicle). Multi-day reservations (permits across consecutive days) are not allowed; overnight access is prohibited. Reservations must be made before 6 a.m. two days prior to the reservation date.Reservation require boat trailer tag number (on Page 1 under the Equipment section), and the driver’s vehicle make, model and license plate (on Page 2 under the Vehicles section). This information must be selected in the reservation system each time a permit is requested.A valid vehicle and boat/trailer permit must be visible in the dash of the vehicle while visiting the property. Permit must show make, color and license plate number of vehicle and boat trailer.The access gate to Sand Mine Lake is located on a private road at 37000 Hart Ranch Road, Eustis. Sand Mine Lake fishing permits do not grant permission to drive anywhere else on the property for any reason, nor do they allow camping.
