About Black Canyon Ranch RV

Black Canyon Ranch RV Resort is located in a quaint Arizona mining town in close proximity to Phoenix and Flagstaff. We offer many fun events and activities for our guests. Relax in our heated swimming pool and enjoy our prime location for exploring nature! We host 107 pet friendly sites. All of our sites are full hook-up with 50 and 30 amp electric. Secure Wifi and Cable are offered throughout the park. The average site size is 30ft x 50 ft and all have picnic tables. Some sites also have concrete pads and we have pull-thru sites for short term stays. All of our roads are paved for easy walking and driving! “The Ranch” is nestled among shade trees and local favorites for dining and shopping. It is centrally located for hiking, trail biking, off-road UTV/ATV trails, and group rides. The Grand Canyon, Lake Pleasant, Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, Jerome, Cave Creek, Scottsdale and Phoenix are all within a pleasant day drive. Plus everything you need in a beautiful setting!

Good dog park dirt only but grass too hard to grow there. Level RV spot. Plenty of laundry machines & coin machine. Office was friendly. Any bad reviews prior to my stay are irrelevant as they have different staff, big laundry & convenient restaurant next door. Pet park had empty trash & plenty of poop bags. Yes javalinas can be in the area but they have fencing. We were safe. Would stay again.

Black Canyon Rv Resort was a great place to stay in my camper while working in Phoenix Arizona. Quiet, peaceful, and away from the city. On 30 minutes away from Phoenix. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff is amazing. Laundry mat right next door. Very clean RV site.

Great Rv park 55+ community in black canyon. Peaceful, quiet community with a great pool and spa. Managers and staff are very helpful and friendly and everyone is very attentive to issues that may arise. Will definitely be back next time in Arizona and highly recommend this gem of a place!

We loved staying at Black Canyon Ranch. We were there starting November 2024 and just left the beginning of May. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Emily and Josh do a great job building community. There is always an event to attend to meet others! The facility is so clean. We cannot wait to go back!
