The best RV in the area. Includes bedding, dishes and cookware, coffee pot, microwave, small grill and utensils, 4 rugs, door entrance, kitchen, shower and bathroom. Pets welcome. Electric awning, central heat and air, gas water heater. 3 slide outs, bed and fireplace with tv and table and couch. All electric including jacks. 50amp hook-up (can use 30amp), refrigerator is gas or electric, cook stove is gas with oven, double sink. Sleeps 4, 1 Queen bed and queen size air mattress when sofa is pulled out or can use on the floor. Most places will allow 1 or 2 tents to set up one camp site (you need to contact the campground for verification). I will also rent it out for snowbirds by the month from October through March. Any questions, contact us. If you can’t drive, or wouldn’t want to drive and you want to go to a few different destinations, I retired Navy Vet, so I could drive it and set it up for you almost anywhere in the 48 states. I will not drive after dark, so about 300 miles a day is all I will drive. There will be some added fees, but will also be some discounts as well. Interested? Contact me.
