Modifications we've made include: Stock RV mattress removed, replaced with comfortable residential queen Stock shower head replaced with high pressure Oxygenics shower head Lower single bunk in back room replaced with full size desk work space This trailer is fully loaded and was our home for months in the past. Pet friendly and extremely well taken care of. Comes fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, soap, first aid kit, a large DVD collection, an an electric auxiliary space heater. Truck Requirements: Tow rating ~10000lbs Class IV 2 inch hitch receiver 6 way round trailer power harness Delivery Fee is $75 + $1 per mile
