A Forest River, Viking, 17FQS is ready for you and your guest. Ultra Light that can be towed a 6 cyl Toyota FJ Cruiser - 3260 lbs dry weight. As an example, it can be easily towed with a Mid Size SUV. Comes with almost everything you could possibly need for a wonderful Camping / Road Trip! :D * Kitchen ready... All the basic Cookware you will need. Pots & Pans, Utensils, Cups, Plates Provided, Paper Products. Toaster, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Refrigerator. * The Bathroom also has most Cleaning Supplies , (RV Toilet Papers Only Please). Towels / Wash Cloths for the bathroom and for the beach in the closets (No Charge). Just place dirty towels / Wash Cloths in the shower to be laundered later by owner. * Sleeping situation: Has a queen size Memory Foam 8" Mattress, 2 Pillows and Sheets provided ( No Charge). Dinning Table drops down and converts into a full size bed, 2 each twin air mattress included (No Charge), an extra tent ( 2, 3, 4 Adult Size) if the kids/ adults want to brave it outside. (No Charge). Also can be used for shade at the beach , Sleeping bags (No Charge). * Exterior Set Up: Electrical Awning set up, Mini folding table, folding chairs, a cooler just in case (No Charge), Ground / Floor Mat (No Charge). Generator is available (Generator Fuel Toped Off) Off Grid & No Shore Power Hook Up ($15.00 Per Day for Generator use). This will run your larger appliances and AC when you don't have full hookups (30 amp Adapter Provided). Most everything can run off of the battery and propane though. Please be sure to REFILL Propane Tank before you return the trailer or we can do it for you and just take the cost of it from your deposit plus a $20 fee. Up to you. Let us know ahead of time please. All rentals will include a cleaning fee of $60. If Filthy Dirty $250.00. Camper is to be returned in the Condition it was picked up in. * Towing: We will also provide a 4-point anti sway bar / weight distributor, 2 5/16 Ball, 7 PIN ELECTRICAL BRAKE HOOK UP and Hitch for your vehicle to help make it a safe and stress-free trip. Camper Trailer has a automatic electric brakes installed. Hope you enjoy this luxury travel trailer as we do. Will deliver locally depending on the distance. Must provide proof of valid driver's license and have $100,000 property damage coverage on their liability auto insurance (protects the trailer in the event of an auto accident while moving the trailer). * An Owner / Operators Manuel is located in the Camper if in case you come across a problem in operating procedure.
