This beautiful RV wants for nothing. Sleeps 8 comfortably with a bed that folds down over the driver's seats, a sofa sleeper, kitchen table/bed, and a master bedroom. 2 toilets optimal for families traveling together. Heated Tile Floors and Aqua Heat throughout, 2 X Airconditioning units, Quiet Generator, Solar Panels, 4 TV's including one for the patio, Satellite TV is connected and activated during the rental season, Fireplace/Heater, Central Vacuum, Washer & Dryer, Power/Auto Dishwasher. Auto leveling, lots of whistles and bells - worth the extra money if you care to travel in style. This is NOT your typical RV rental unit - it is in a class of its own. Tons of storage inside and out. We make an earnest effort to guarantee that every guest receives this coach in a clean and sanitary condition. Because this is important to every guest, we ask that you please bring the RV back in the same (or better) condition it was in when you received it. We understand how unpleasant it may be to get home and have to empty the RV and to clean it, so if you are unable to do this, we will clean it for an additional $300 fee, which will be assessed upon your return. Of course, additional fees would apply if the coach requires a deep cleaning, for example if it is left in an unusually dirty or dusty condition, or if there is pet hair, or if the coach was smoked in (which is expressly prohibited). If you are unable to dump the black or grey tank we will also take care of that for you for an additional $300. You do not need to refill the propane tank, but please bring the RV back with a FULL TANK of GAS and DEF or we will need to charge for that as well. Please understand, these policies are there entirely to assure that EACH guest can experience the coach in mint condition. When you return, please take and send us pictures of: The front; The front windshield; both the Driver and Passenger sides of the vehicle; The rear of the vehicle; several pics of the interior; and The odometer at the time you park the unit. Please identify any damage that is beyond normal wear and tear. Should the need arise, we will repair the damage and contact your insurance provider. If there is a difference, that will need to be charged separately. We do allow one way rentals and can provide delivery in some cases. Those arrangement need to be made separately but we can communicate via RV Share's email/texting platform. Please contact us if you are planning to take the RV to any place where there will be excessive amounts of sand and/or dust as the rates will be higher due to the increased time it takes to clean the RV afterward.
