That includes a full-size residential refrigerator (no cramming a week of groceries into a mini fridge) and hydraulic leveling jacks that get you set up and level at the push of a button. We've taken it a step further for anyone who loves getting off the beaten path. This rig is set up for true off-grid living, with 600 watts of solar, a 2,000-watt inverter, and a bank of eight 6-volt batteries. Boondock in comfort, run your essentials without shore power, and stay out longer without hunting for a hookup. With a 60-gallon fresh tank plus generous 133-gallon gray and 100-gallon black tanks, you've got plenty of capacity between fills and dumps.
