Looking to get lost in the great outdoors? Our Chateau 23 U has a modern finish with vinyl hardwood floors, a kitchen backsplash, and cherry laminate finishes. The interior features: - 2 queen beds (in the back and over the cab) - U-shaped dining table that converts to a third bed (perfect for two children or one smaller adult) - Bathroom with closing door, shower with plexi sliding door - 32" TV with DVD / Blueray player (you can watch Netflex when connected to wifi) - Kitchen with oven, stove, microwave and sink - Pots, pans, and cooking utensils - Linens, bedding, pillows and towels Exterior Features: - Motorized Awning - Back Up Camera Please read for Burning Man Booking requests: - 7 night event buy out @ $500 per night, extra nights at the same rate. - $750 prep fee Burning Man Playa Package available that includes materials to protect vehicle while at the event. Save $250 by providing receipts to show that you have purchased these on your own. - $1500 Burning Man Cleaning Fee - Unlimited milage for your Burning Man rate dates, 100 miles per night applies to rentals outside of Burning Man timing. - Return RV with a full tank of gas only, you don't need to dump tanks or refill propane - Our RV has a solar panel, you will not be without power. - $2500 Deposit Thank you for your consideration! more questions just message Available Extras: - BBQ Set (for use with fire ring) - Coleman Grill available - Bike / Bike Rack rentals available - Paddle board rentals available - Kayak rentals available With a V10 engine the coach runs on unleaded gas and drives great.
