Sleeps 10 with the bunk house that converts into dinette. Two slide outs provide a lot of space in this brand new RV. Two televisions with inverters that allow you to watch TV why you travel. Bed above cab is enormous, and has great air flow. Couch is the full couch in place of the normal small RV couches. Two separate tables within the RV. One turns into bunk beds, and the other into a full bed. Master suite has incredible storage, and a very comfortable bed. the roof, no towing unless approved. NO SMOKING, LOST KEYS - $60.00 and can be deducted from Security Deposit DUMPING FEE - $50.00 unless you empty holding tanks yourself and bring them empty CLEANING FEE MIN. $100 unless you clean yourself and bring an RV cleaned or close to condition you picked up. MOTORHOMES departs with FUEL TANK FULL, MUST RETURN SAME LEVEL OF FUEL TANK PROPANE TANKS AT THE DEPARTURE ARE FULL, SHOULD COME BACK THE SAME LEVEL. REFILL FEE WILL BE APPLIED
