Fun little bunkhouse. We haven't had enough time to enjoy it, so we figured why not let someone else use it while we can't. It pulls well, and I haven't ever felt the need for a sway kit. I pull it behind a ram 1500 with a hemi and it pulls it well enough. Plenty of sleeping space. Queen master bedroom with sliding door. The two bunk beds are spacious enough for a smaller adult. The couch also folds into a smaller bed as well as the table. TV works well with DVDs. It has a mount outside to place the TV as well, but I have never taken it out to try it out. Everything is in great working conditions. We use the stove often which is run by gas. The fridge will run off of propane or power. You can run the water heater off both simultaneously for quicker and more efficient hot water, but either one at a time works fine as well. Small outdoor shower great for rinsing off little feet and hands. Plenty of storage underneath as well as cabinet space.
