Fully stocked and ready for your next outdoor adventure! This is a light RV that can be easily towed by any truck or V6 SUV, but it is filled with amenities. Sleeps 5: short-queen bed, 2 bunks, and table bed. It's taken our family to Yellowstone, Southern Utah deserts, hot springs, mountains, and everything in between. Our rental includes: - Freshly cleaned fitted sheets for the beds (you may want to bring some additional to supplement, such as sleeping bags and pillows for the kids). - Reversible large RV mat. - Some basic cleaning supplies and chemicals. - RV toilet paper. - Chemicals for the toilet black tank. - Basic pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, and bowls. - All necessary hoses and attachments for emptying both the black and grey tanks - Tools for lowering the trailer stabilizers and leveling blocks at the campsite. - Two full propane tanks. - TV, DVD player, and coax cable for hooking up television (if the trailer park offers cable). - Water hose for hooking up travel trailer to RV park water source. - Extra hose for rinsing out black tank. - Towing ball. What do you need? - You will also need a powerful enough vehicle to safely tow it. It has a dry weight of 2960 lbs. (Again, just about any truck or V6 SUV can tow it.) What I ask: - Please treat this like it is your own--avoid tracking dirt in, get on your kid's case if he's jumping on the bed, normal responsible adult stuff. etc. No smoking inside and no festivals either. If you are short on time, you can have us dump and clean the RV through the add-on section. (If you'd like, we can also refill up propane tanks for you upon your return at $15 + cost of propane. See add ons.) Pick up and drop off times are flexible, depending on our schedule. Feel free to ask!
