Like NEW!!! Inside and out. We bought this camper for all the family that lives out of state. Well here we are 3yrs later and we have only taken this camper on 1 trip to the coast. And still waiting on all the out of town friends and family to carve out time to visit. This camper has tons of room to spread out. Full size Queen memory foam mattress up front with tv. Two sliding doors provide plenty of privacy. In the very back there in a second room with 3bunks and a futon. Also has a tv for the second room. The living room area also has a double reclining love seat and U shaped dinette that also makes into a full size bed. The camper in loaded with almost everything you could need. We do ask guest to bring their own bedding. Pillows, sheets, blankets etc. I recommend each person have a sleeping bag and pillow. There are lots of state parks and lcra parks etc nearby. If you book a spot we can deliver and set everything up for you. Doesn’t get much easier than just showing up with your personal items. (Extra fee for delivery) Also have a gas/propane 3400w generator (extra fee) for all your boondocking adventures.
