New, spacious, clean, and ready to make memories! Has outdoor rug. The bunk beds are great for the kids. Each bunk had a 300lb limit and can sleep 2 small kids or 1 teenager. USB ports there for the kiddos in there own space. The master has a door to give privacy when needed. Fold down jackknife sofa sleeps 2 and let down dinette sleeps 2. Fully stocked with linens, pillows, blankets, towels, hand towels, wash clothes . Kitchen includes, microwave safe/reusable dishes ,also paper plates and bowls. Cookware, utensils, coffee Pot, broom and dust pan. First Aid Kit and fire extinguisher included. Bathroom has an outside door for ease with small children. Just load up the family and kids and have a great time. Small Dogs are welcomed The master has a door to give privacy when needed.
