You'll wake up to open pasture, a stocked fishing pond, and friendly cattle and donkeys right at the fence (treat bags included!). Inside, everything's done for you: three independent mini-split AC units, tankless hot water, a full kitchen with cookware and utensils, gas stove and oven, and comfortable bedding. Every chair reclines, the living-area table converts from coffee to dining height, and voice-controlled lighting makes it all effortless. A rear garage bunk on a Happy Jack lift sleeps the kids or stores your gear. Step outside to a private patio, then explore sixty acres of ranch — fishing, a dog park, fire pits, and walking trails.
