This 2021.5 Rockwood GeoPro G20BHS is ready for the road! (S)he’ll accommodate 5 comfortably with the Full size bed, two bunk beds and the dinette that converts to a bed. We welcome small well behaved pets that are less than 35lbs to come along for an additional fee. This does not cover any damage, such as rips on furniture or scratches on floors or walls, which would be deducted for the security deposit. We do offer delivery, setup, pick up, and tear down, but if you are towing our trailer, you vehicle will need a 7pin connector, a towing capacity of at least 6,000 lbs., and a tongue weight capacity of at least 474 lbs. When picking up our trailer, be prepared to spend about 45-60 minutes going over everything depending on your familiarity of RVs. If we are delivering to you this will only take about 20-40 minutes. If you have rented from us before you should be good to go in about 15 minutes! Pick ups, delivery, setups, and cancellations are pretty flexible! If you have any questions regarding either, reach out anytime! Included with EVERY rental: -All Hook-up Equipment for Water, Electric (30A), Sewer and Leveling/Stabilizing -Weight distribution Hitch, Tire pressure monitor, bubble level -Coffee maker -Broom with hand held vacuum, dish soap, shower dispenser with body wash conditioner and hand soap, paper towels, & toilet paper -Plastic trash bags, cleaning supplies, rugs/door mats -Blankets, sheets for all beds (please bring your own pillows though two are provided), Cordless drill with battery, battery charger, and 3/4" socket to lower and raise the stabilizer jacks. -Kitchenware: 4x Bowl / Plate set / Cups, dining & cooking utensils, pots & pans, ice tray, cutting board, can opener, bottle opener, measuring cup and much more. A little more about the RV features: The Geo Pro series is ready for wherever your adventure takes you. Standard 190W roof solar panels and 1000W inverter will let you use your Geo Pro almost anywhere! Geo Pro also offers more standard features than any other in its class. This model comes with an AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth and a USB port / HDMI, a 12 volt TV with DVD player, a rear ladder, an oven, a heated mattress, a Showermiser water conservation system, a bike rack, dual lithium 100ah batteries, and double propane tanks. Bluetooth control of lights, awning, slide and ceiling mounted ac via we WeRV app and RV Climate app. Trailer is equipped with Anti-theft GPS type device.
