This cozy trailer is set up for 2 and will sleep 1 child. We have lived in it for up to eight weeks for over 10,000 miles in winter and summer. Fully stocked with everything you need. Just bring your food and clothes. There are linens, bath and beach towels, dishes, utensils, cookware, Keurig coffee maker and pods and basic spices and toaster oven. Enjoy the outside with deck chairs, propane grill and site rug. The TV is a Roku streaming unit with Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and other services. We provide a tower fan for your comfort in hotter climates. How about this!! You schedule a grocery delivery to us on the day before departure and we'll stock your pantry! We can deliver to your site and set up for a fee. The rental delivery is free within 25 miles of Plano (plus setup fee $185). Beyond 25 miles, there is an extra mileage charge. Everything operates and has been inspected. The tires are top of line Discount 8 ply tires installed in Fall of 23. Propane is provided at no charge. We provide and adjust the weight distribution hitch at no charge.
