**Currently only offering delivery to Joe Pool Loyd Park & Cedar Hill state park campsites**** This is our Beautiful 2022 Trail Runner! We are excited to share it with the RV community. We do offer Delivery, if you will be towing you must have all equipment necessary and have experience! We are usually flexible on pick up/drop off times so if you have any questions please feel free to reach out! We also strive for a competitive delivery fee! **Please insure that your campsite has at minimum 30amp power hook up and water hook up. Sewer hookup is optional- we do not require you to dump the tank before returning, but will be thankful if you do. If your campsite does not have water/power hookups please let us know- We can have the water tank full, and rent out our generator for one time fee. If you have your own generator it MUST have a 3 prong 30amp 120v connection.** It will be perfect for a family or couples. We picked this Travel Trailer because my husband is 6'6" and can actually stand in this one without his head hitting the ceiling, so it feels more spacious than others. It has One Queen size bed, a dinette that can convert into a extra sleeping space, a set of double bunk beds, and couch that converts into a sleeping space as well. So if your a family of 4-6 with children this should comfortably fit everyone. Bathroom includes shower/tub, toilet and sink with mirror. A full kitchen equipped with large refrigerator/freezer, mini oven, stove top with three burners, microwave and sink. It also provides an outdoor shower to wash off before going inside! Currently we do not have a Tv installed. Included in rental: -Toilet paper -Hand soap -Paper towels/cleaning supplies ( in case there’s a mess) -Dish soap -Two pillows for queen bed -One pillow for each bunk -Sheet and comforter for queen bed -Sheets and blanket for double bunks 2 throw pillows -1 throw blanket -Cooking mits -Essential cookware(spatula, spoon) -Pot/pans/bowl set/measuring cups -Scissors -Can opener -Steak knifes -Matches/lighter -Microfiber bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels -Cutting board -First aid kit -Trash bags -Zip lock bags EXTRA FREEBIES- -Board games -Keurig coffee maker -Sample sized shampoo/conditioner set What to bring: Extra blankets/pillows Plastic cups/plates/silverware Shampoos/body wash Chairs/table Food/snacks
