RV Rental Delivery and Set-Up available with all deliveries, simply show up and enjoy your stay! Inside: - Air Conditioning and Heater - RV Queen size Bed (60"x78" sleeping area) - Cabinet, under bed and above bed storage - TV with DVD player - Multiple USB and power outlets - 3 speed roof fan or extractor - Stargazing window (opens bare or with mesh, and has privacy cover) - 2 side windows (opens bare or with mesh, and has privacy cover) -Radio with Bluetooth capability -Bedside reading lights -Ceiling light -Accent light -Cup holders Outside: - Kitchen with 2 stove burners (utilizes propane) - Deep sink - Galley and overhead lighting in kitchen, side porch lights - Electric: 30 amp shore power connection (cable, surge protector, and some adapters provided) - Water: hook-up (hose, regulator, and filter provided) Towing: - 7 pin Connector (adapter available if needed) - Hitch must be approx. 18 inches off the ground - 2 inch ball - Spare tire We provide: - Fresh linens: padded topper with bed sheets. Blanket, pillows, and bath towels available upon request - Cookware: cooking and eating utensils. Pots and pans, plates and bowls, cups, potholders, lighter - 2 camping chairs available upon request - Refrigerator w/ freezer compartment - Coffee maker - Paper towels, dish/hand soap, trash bags - Security: we provide a hitch lock for while you are away from the camper as well as Keys to lock all doors and the galley kitchen. Absolutely no smoking. Small pets are welcome, festivals and tailgating allowed. ****For safe towing, make sure your hitch is around 18 inches from the ground, 2 inch ball***** GAWR 2,200lbs (Gross Axle Weight Rating - the most distributed weight the axle of a vehicle can support) Total Gross Weight Dry 1,046lbs (most small trucks, SUVs, and possibly a car can pull this lightweight trailer) **For your safety: turn off propane when not in use, also vent the camper while you are sleeping.
