The master bed has under storage for suitcases as well as wardrobes for hanging clothes on either side. The outside has an electric covered patio cover and outdoor shower to rinse off feet after a day on the dirt or in the river. Comfortably sleeps a family of 4. 13,000 BTU air conditioning. Items included so you can camp as seamless as possible: - Kitchen plate ware, utensils, pots, etc. - Bathroom supplies (RV safe toilet paper, clean hand towels, bath towels) - Games, puzzles, books - 4 foldable camping chairs - Clean linens for bedding upon request Optional Add-Ons: - Generator 30amp 3650watt ($75 flat fee. Includes 3 gal of gas.) - Foldable picnic table with benches ($15) - Bags/Corn Hole set ($10) - Fire pit ($50. Includes 2 bags of wood) - Pop up tent ($15) - If there’s anything you need, let us know and we will try our best to get it in there for you! We are flexible with travel. This 30ft trailer can be pulled with an F-150 or similar model. Delivery and set up is available and recommended for new users. We can travel/set up to several hot spots within a 100 mile radius including Las Vegas, Pahrump, Mesquite, Kingman, and more. Willing to travel further as well!
