We have a family of 6 from a teenager down to 2 year old plus a couple of larger dogs and this holds it all. Double bunk-beds, king size bed with a NEW and actually comfortable mattress with privacy door. Table converts to bed and theater seating in front of the TV and nice fireplace. Double A/C units, 2 entrances, 2 large batteries with inverter and double propane tanks. Big fridge, oven, stove top, microwave and large sink with ample counter space for food prep. Tankless water heater and plenty of storage for clothes, equipment and includes almost all amenities you’d need to show up, set up and enjoy camping. Cookware, utensils, ice and coffee maker, flashlights, Roku players for streaming off your hot spot, 2 TVs, wireless audio inside and out, outdoor kitchen and all accessories you’d need to simply show up and enjoy your glamping experience! My family uses about 5-6 times per year and take very good care of it. Following is included with rental. Bedding/linens Cookware and eating utensils Ice maker and coffee maker for K-Cups TV in main area and one in master bedroom Roku for entertainment streaming services 2 A/C units Fireplace for heat and small portable heater Gas appliances, tankless water heater and main furnace Cordless vacuum and cleaning supplies Large awning over main entrance 1 large slide out for living area Outdoor supplies (rugs, chairs, dog hook-ups) Transport, set up and take down service available.
