This is a BRAND NEW fifth wheel, not a drivable motor home. We deliver & pick it up at your camping location with full setup included. Make sure your camping site has water & 50 amp electric hookups, sewer is not required, but a definite plus and easier if you can get a spot with sewer hookup - also labeled Full Hookups on the reservation . Spot must accommodate a 43’ fifth wheel with slideouts. Most state parks and all resorts have this option at a great price. Spacious fifth wheel that sleeps 8. Great for lake getaways, family reunions, anniversaries, surprise birthday's and making the best memories. 2 super comfy luxury recliners, enclosed bunk room to section off guests, full service kitchen, amazing 18' outside awning and surprisingly spacious shower. My husband's favorite feature is the built in LED lights in the interior and the bright exterior lighting for those remote campsites. Also comes with two roof top A/C units to keep you cool in the Texas heat. Curl up to the cozy electric fireplace in the living area during the cold winter and stay extra warm with the on board heater. Full heat, A/C, residential fridge, gas oven and range, microwave. Fully stocked: Includes all linens for bed, bath and kitchen, cookware, dishes, paper plates, cups, spices, flashlights, mosquito spray and full tank of propane for when you aren't on electric. We have board games, cards, extra outdoor blankets, camping chairs, bikes, discs, tents, lanterns and lots of other camping gear if you need anything put in the RV to make your visit easier. Just let us know. This amazing RV includes drop off and setup, along with sewer dump and fresh chemicals for each reservation.
