This well appointed unit is your perfect companion on your next adventure during all seasons of camping. Climate control: 18k BTU Furrion ducted A/C with soft start, furnace, dual pane windows, 2 MaxxAir fans to keep you comfortable at almost any temperature. Ease of setup: Electric tongue, and power awning makes setting up a breeze. Ease of towing: This unit has MorRyde All Trek 4000, HD shackle kit and KB world class shock absorbers and tows great. Weight distribution hitch, and back camera are included in rental. UPGRADES: MorRyde entry handle. Torklift Glowstep Revolution entry door steps. ***PLEASE NOTE*** 1. Must have a brake controller to tow this trailer. It is required by law if the trailer is over 2000 lbs. A brake controller available for rent if needed. Available at checkout. 2. Generator usage. A minimum of a 4500 watt generator is required. The RV shore power cord will not fit the generator without the proper adapter. These adapters are NOT provided. Renter is responsible for all adapters needed to connect shore power cord and generator. Disclaimer: Renter assumes all responsibility for any damage incurred to electrical system and/or appliances while using personal generator. Tow vehicle must meet the following requirements ** Vehicle that can tow minimum 12,500 pounds ** 2" Receiver for hitch for weight distribution hitch ** 7 pin connector ***We will ask for validation of above items once you book. Renter assumes all responsibility ensuring tow vehicle is capable of towing within the weight limits of said vehicle. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. We are happy to assist any way we can. We are dog friendly (no cats due to allergy), there is a pet fee if you do bring your furry friends. Must be added on at checkout. Delivery fee includes set up and tear down at the campsite.
