Just bring clothes and food! (If you are like my wife, bring your favorite pillow too). We have commercial insurance, this saves you ~$20 a day over most other RV rentals because you do not need to purchase the additional insurance from RV share. Inside amenities: Easily sleeps 7 people. Master bedroom with high quality soft full size bed. Bunk beds: twin and full size. Has a fold out couch and the table converts to a bed too! Beds all have freshly washed linens, comforters, and pillows! Fully equipped kitchen: sink, range, microwave, propane fridge/freezer, Brita, & electric skillet. Includes pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, can opener, etc. Scrubbers, soap, towels and basic spices (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, parsley, garlic, etc.). The bathroom is fully stocked with 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 6 washcloths Hand soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner, boo boo kit, and toilet paper. 32” LCD TV for on-the-go entertainment. Built-in CD player/radio with inside and outside speakers. Outside amenities: A play mat for the littles. Fabric folding chairs included, along with an assortment of outside toys and a few water toys also! Outside shower for a quick easy rinse off and beach towels included! The canopy is broken. it is very expensive to replace, so for now we are not replacing. Small bag of charcoal, grilling utensils, and of course the all important s’mores sticks. Basic tools and an impact wrench just in case you grab a nail on the highway and don't want to wait for roadside assistance. Other details: 10% discount for veterans, active duty military members, law enforcement personnel, firefighters, EMTs, and first responders! Weight distribution/anti-sway hitch included for free! We do offer delivery and set up on a case by case basis. Please contact us for timing prior to sending a booking request as I do work a full time job. Pet friendly with additional fee, depending on size and type of pet. We use this for our vacations too so please absolutely NO SMOKING inside the trailer.
