Reservations can run through these dates but cannot start or end on these dates** Eleanor is a 38 foot bunkhouse with the most space of all our campers making it the perfect choice for to take the entire family out to make memories. **Please note, because of its size, we require at least a 3/4 ton truck (F250, 2500) or bigger to tow this unit. Otherwise select full service delivery** 3 slide-outs really opens up the living/kitchen and bunkhouse areas for max elbow room during the day. At night, enjoy a true private bedroom with a rare King size bed! 2 bunks and fold out sofa offer sleeping for 3-4 in the bunkroom. Additional sleeping areas with the convertible dinette and sofa in the living area. Plenty of storage for your belongings so no worries if your packing for a longer trip. Although you won't need to bring so much since all our units come with bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, utensils and everything you need to operate the camper. At 7700 pounds and just about 38 feet long, this camper will require 3/4 ton trucks and larger to tow. The included weight distribution hitch makes towing easier and safer on your vehicle. Trailer has all you need for your trip: • Linens • Dishes and Silverware • Cookware • Coffee Pot • Towels • Games and more Pick up time starts at 11AM with option to upgrade to earlier time. You will be assigned a pick up time as we get closer to your trip. Drop off time is at 3PM with option to upgrade to later time. I will spend as much time as required explaining how the camper operates, including time to drive if necessary. I want you to feel comfortable with all aspects before you take off. Will deliver per options shown below. ***Delivery includes set-up, tear down and waste tank dumping.*** To tow with your vehicle you will need:+ • 3/4 ton truck or bigger • 2" Receiver for or reducer if your receiver is 2 1/2 inches for our hitch • 7 pin connector with brake controller. We have a mobile brake controller available for rent if needed. I include a weight distribution hitch and sway control brake. Optional add-ons include: (prices below) Gasoline/Propane Generator for locations without 30 amp electrical Portable waste tank for sites without full hookup Outdoor propane grills and griddles Tabletop charcoal grill.
