*~* We are typically very flexible with pickup and drop off times *~* Check out this 2022 amazing 5th wheel Bunkhouse for other families to enjoy and have a quick getaway! Have the comfort of your own rooms with a Master bedroom with queen-size bed, two queen sized Bunk Beds & 2 Futon Couches. This beauty can sleep a total of 10 people . We do not allow smoking inside the camper. Electric front and rear stabilizers make setup and taking down a breeze. Our RV weighs GVWR 10000lbs. Experienced with pulling large trailers is preferred upon booking, but we can make accomodations for delivery. Larger trucks within towing capabilities would provide more stability when pulling this trailer and better gas mileage. FULLY STOCKED with everything you need for the perfect camping trip, just add the food, beverages, personal bedding, towels, toiletries and extra camp chairs and all the family fun!! In addition we also included a Keurig coffee maker!! Plates, utensils, cups for 4!!! Serving / storage bowls, can opener, corkscrew/bottle opener, grill tongs and spatula. Complete interior kitchen with deep sink, electric microwave, fullsize fridge/freezer, and propane operated stove & mini convection oven. Full size stand up shower, sink and toilet located within a spacious bathroom. We will also include toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, RV sewage hose kit, water hoses for drinking water and tank flush, inline water filter, wheel chocks, main power cord and adapter plugs. We do offer full delivery, setup, and return services. We can discuss this case by case. We will provide all the training necessary for basic operation and how to care for the RV and we will always be on call during your travels for additional questions. We are pet friendly, but we will need to discuss this on a case by case basis. The RV must be returned in the same condition as when it was left with cleaning being performed before returning. The cleaning fees associated with the rental is for the deep clean and disinfecting of all surfaces. If is not returned in the same conditions, a cleaning fee of $125 will be deducted from your deposit.
