Because we coordinate bookings around our work schedules, we are unable to accept last-minute reservations made within one week of the trip start date. Thank you for understanding‼️ Our Mallard M32 is the perfect setup for families or groups looking for comfort, plenty of room, and an easy camping experience. With two slide-outs, a private master bedroom, and a full bunkhouse, everyone has space to spread out and relax. Inside the RV • Sleeps up to 9 comfortably. • Private master bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress. • Linens, pillows, two sliding doors for privacy, overhead cabinets, side wardrobes, and outlets on both sides of the bed. • Full bunkhouse with curtain, bunk beds, dinette bed, and sofa bed. • Dinette and sofa convert into additional sleeping spaces. • Kitchen: oven, stove, microwave, mid-size fridge, pantry, cookware, utensils, pots & pans, knives. • Bathroom: shower with bathtub. • Bath towels provided, plus toilet paper & hand soap. • Two A/C units (living room + bunkhouse). • 2 Smart TVs in the living room and bunkhouse. Outdoor Features • 20 ft power awning with LED lights. • Outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, small grill, and outdoor. • 1 Smart TV. • Outdoor shower for rinsing off. • Two entry doors, including one directly into the bathroom. Electrical & Power: • Can be used as a 30 amp running only primary a/c unit. • 50 amp service for full RV power. What We Provide • We include a starter set of essentials: towels, bedding, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and basic kitchen items. • Guests should bring personal toiletries, extra supplies, and anything specific their group prefers. • Two camping chairs. (Delivery fee includes full RV setup, tank dumping and pick up.) We offer a 10% discount to all nurses, first responders, and military personnel with valid proof of identification. Rules • No pets allowed. (violations incur $500 fee). • No smoking or vaping (violations incur $500 fee). • Excessively Dirty - $150 • No tailgating or festivals. • Please treat the RV with care and leave it in good condition.
