Perfect Couples Camper!!!!! This one bedroom with a King bed is the perfect unit to get away to nature but still have the comfort of home. With a 16 cubic ft residential refrigerator, real wood 6 person counter height kitchen table and den setup with two pull outs that convert to beds (little smaller than a full size bed) you will enjoy the days in nature and the evenings in comfort. This unit has the 4 seasons package so comfort is always on point no matter if its 110 outside or 40 degrees warm. The perfect setup for longer stays in a State Park or next to your fireworks stand making money. Has a mini outdoor bumper mounted propane grille so if that charcoal grill at the campsite isn't cutting it you have a fallback. Does NOT come with towels, pillows, personal hygiene products or any consumables for your vacation. Bring your paper plates, cups, utensils and anything else you need to cook, eat and drink out of. Sheets/bedding is only provided for the main bed and NOT for the pull outs. Ultra quiet generator can be included upon request and is set as an additional item on the reservation page. Animals are allowed with a daily fee of $15 per animal per day. Animals must be under 25lbs. Undisclosed animals will be assessed a $250 fee plus the daily rate This is an absolutely NO SMOKING unit. Deposit will be forfeited if unit is smoked in OR smells of ANY smoke. Please do not smoke in our RV. This is a delivery ONLY unit and the price for delivery includes setup and breakdown at the end. We expect the unit to be in the same condition at time of pickup as it was at drop off. To avoid a cleaning fee at the end please do the basics. A table not wiped off, footprints on the furniture and most of all bodily fluids on bathroom fixtures WILL cause the cleaning fee to be assessed. The cleaning fee STARTS at $300 and goes up from there. We deliver up to 120 miles from 78108. Base charge is for up to 40 miles with a $3.75 per mile charge for each additional mile over the original 40. The delivery charge will be added to ALL bookings. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BE THERE FOR DROP OFF AND PICKUP OF THE UNIT. The only exception to this is if you are a repeat renter and didn't have a cleaning fee assessed on your previous rentals with us. This is to insure you the renter are fully aware of operation of this unit, expectations as a renter, locations of need to know items as well as verification of condition of RV and conversations about any and all damages. This protects you and us. Please message PRIOR to booking with dates and location to insure we have availability to deliver and pickup on your specific dates. There is a 3 day minimum for deliveries within 40 miles of 78108 zip code and a 5 day minimum to ALL destinations outside of 40 miles of 78108. Concan and surrounding destinations are well outside of 40 miles. We are eager to help make your next adventure in our rig a positive one.
