The system does NOT share dates with us in the message, even though you entered your dates. Please review this ENTIRE description and our requirements for you to rent from us. If you do not do this, then by the very nature of your lack of care; you will not be getting a response from us and we will NOT rent to you. This is not Avis or Enterprise. This is our $285,000 second home. This is a high dollar, luxury coach so please treat this transaction accordingly. I maintain it, take great pride in it and make the payments on it. We are loaning it to you as if you were family. For me, this is not a business transaction...its very personal and I am not a company. Those that have rented from us before will attest to the fact that I love the RV lifestyle and passing on my wisdom and help. This is especially true for those considering a purchase of their own and want a rental like ours to kick the tires and verify the lifestyle is for them. I love that about helping and having this on rental. This is our dream home and we traded our prior unit on this absolutely perfect new coach in Aug 2019. In addition to the Master Bedroom Queen Air Control Bed, it has a convertible bunk area that doubles as a closet/storage if you fold the upper bunk away. It also features a cab over loft queen bed, full size sleeper sofa, and convertible table to a full bed as well. Everything is gorgeous with two full bathrooms, 3 flatscreen tvs (1 outside, 1 in master bedroom and 1 in living room), Dish satellite in living room, these are all hd TVs with Roku in living room and Amazon Fire in bedroom, tankless hot water, generator, two a/c units pull through storage in basement, central Vac and just ready for great times. We have learned a lot over the years and two prior motorhomes we listed with rental sites. Our 2018 model was traded for this as many renters were abusive and trashed it. As a result, we are very limited on our rentals. This is our second home, we put this on rental to help us afford it and make it available for great people. If you do not provide the above information before booking or with-in your booking request, we will not accept the rental. Delivery is an option, but please contact us in advance for a detailed quote. Alternately, you can leave your car safely behind in enclosed storage on our property. The RVShare pricing engine does not work to calculate delivery. When we deliver it is a total of 4 trips (one trip drop off and return home without it = 2, then one more roundtrip to pick-up = 2 more; that is 4 trips)...if you are 100 miles from us, this means 200 miles on the RV plus 200 miles on our car and would be 8+ hours of our time, so please ensure you understand this aspect as well as our other terms. We are pleased to have it on offer for those that demand luxury, are prepared to pay for it, understand and respect our rules and want to get to know us and the RV lifestyle.
