2022 fully stocked bunkhouse. Our kiddos love the bunk beds so much they picked this travel trailer! Plates, utensils, coffee mugs, glass cups, bowls, skillets and more have been included for a home away from home experience. We also included a Coffee maker and an Electric Tea Kettle because relaxing isn't the same without hot drinks for us! 2x Trash can and bags. Wheel Chocks, 2x 10ft Septic hoses and fittings, 25ft fresh water hose, water filter and a surge protector as well as power cords are provided. Pet Friendly if the pet is potty trained, won't scratch or bite furniture and will be restricted to sleeping on their pet bed on the floor. We will take your word on this one and trust your judgement. This travel trailer can sleep a total of 7 and perfect for a family of 3 to 6 with children. The bunk beds (51" x 74") are surprisingly wide enough for 2 kiddos to sleep in comfortably. It also accommodates a group of adults for that memorable camping experience. The QUEEN bed ( 60" x 80" ) comes with an added 1.5" Performance Memory Foam Mattress topper for a great nights sleep. 2x nicely sized bunk beds in the rear and a large single bed which converts from the dinette. Complete Kitchen with sink, stove, microwave and great sized refrigerator w/ freezer. Stand up shower. The outside of the bunkhouse has a power awning and outdoor speakers that are connected to the indoor stereo system that you can connect via Bluetooth, USB, AUX cord and HDMI for all your outdoor evening activities. Plenty of outdoor storage for your camp chairs and other personal accessories. We have fishing rods and a tackle box in the storage which can be easily accessed at your convenience! Easily towed by any 1/2 ton truck or full sized SUV. We will provide the full weight distribution hitch w/ sway control for towing. Your vehicle will be required to have a receiver hitch and a 7 way round plug (Electrical wire for the signal/brake lights). The camper does have electric drum brakes which is required per state law. You're responsible for pick up and drop off. If you want the ease of mind in setup we offer delivery as well. Enjoy Camping! No Off Road parks / Mud Park Camping allowed.... No on beach camping allowed. Flexibility on pick up and drop off. Special requests are welcome just communicate with us.
