This small but mighty travel trailer is perfect for two and has all the amenities you would need for your outdoor adventure or camping trip. This unit is perfect for those who don't want a trailer taking up their entire camp site or want the perfect home base for their outdoor adventure. It is perfect for both dry camping and being connected to the grid. SMALL PETS ONLY. Dry Camping Hero: This trailer is perfect not only for hooking up to the grid, but also specifically built for dry off-grid camping. The 12V system is completely powered by a 200W solar panel & system that can connect an additional 600W of solar. It is equipped with a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank and 30 gallon black water tank. For $25 per trip respectively, a 1600W solar battery/ generator and 2 200W solar panels can be added for off grid power in areas that do not allow gas generators. It is important to note that the air conditioner, microwave/convection oven, or vaccuum cannot be ran on the solar battery or solar powered system. However, for those who want to dry camp with a gas generator so the air conditioner, Microwave, and vacuum can be ran , a 3000W gas generator can be selected as an add-on item or guests can bring their own. We recommend at minimum a 2,600W generator! Perfect Camper For Connecting To Shore Power & City Water: If you are looking to hook up to the grid, all cords, conversion cables, and hoses are included for your convenience and are no extra charge. Packed With Features & Amenities: The unit includes everything you need for cooking and dining needs, including a full size fridge and kitchen area with a propane stove stop. A big plus is that while the trailer is only 14.5 ft, it has a separate dry bath and wet bath for showering or using the bathroom. The trailer also includes a powered awning, outdoor lights, an outdoor propane powered grill, propane powered interior heating system, 13,500 BTU Air Conditioner ( can run on shore power or gas generator only), TV with satellite connection, interior and exterior 120V plugs, interior USB-C charging outlets, interior step vacuum system (used only on generator or shore power) and more! It also comes with a dinette that seats two and converts into a sleeping area with a foldable memory foam mattress that is 74'Lx53'Wx4'H. Trash bags are included and an an outdoor camp trash can be provided as an add-on item. We encourage you to take a look at the other add on items you can include to make your experience even better! Last important notes: To tow, renters must have a vehicle capable of pulling at least 3,500 pounds, a hitch receiver, and a 7 pin trailer cord connected with trailer break. We offer a weight-distribution hitch system with all rentals but we recommended bringing a hitch and 2' 5/16 ball just in case it does not fit for whatever reason! If you are camping off grid, you are required to fill your own fresh water tank. Lastly before departure, it is also your responsibility to empty the fresh water tank, the grey water tank, and black water tank if you plan to use the Fresh Water Tank, kitchen sink and/or toilet!
