Instead of purchasing insurance through this platform, you’ll have the chance to purchase insurance directly on the MBA platform 30 days prior to your travel date. The cost is much lower than the platform insurance at $42/day and provides great coverage. This incredible Class C bunkhouse sleeps up to 10 people with 6 different sleeping areas!!! It has 2 queens, 2 double jack knife sofa's, a twin bunk & a dinette that converts to a bed. It is the perfect RV for beginners as well as experienced RVers. It’s easy to drive, easy to control, very spacious AND it comes equipped with essentials you will need for an amazing trip(check full list of what's included). Fred the "Forester" is equipped with 3 TV's, both indoor and outdoor speaker systems to get the party going! Let Fred take you on your next big adventure! **Between rentals we clean & shine the outside as well as DEEP CLEAN, SANITIZE, and OZONE treat the entire inside. No charge for propane refills(unless tank is more than half used). Many add-on options are available to make this a stress-free adventure for you. We will work with you to make sure your trip is enjoyable! ______________________________________________________ "Fred The Forester" is stocked with the following: • Kitchen: Dinnerware, drinkware, flatware, Keurig, toaster, cookware, cooking utensils, mixing bowl, can opener, wine/bottle opener, cutting board, potholders, kitchen towels, dish soap & sponge, small trash can and trash bags. • Sleeping Areas: Fresh clean linens for all beds(including conversions), pillows for master bedroom & bunks(not included for any conversions such as sofa's or dinette), throw blankets and pillows. (See pictures) • Bathroom: Hand soap, air freshener, RV toilet paper, trashcan. • Outside: 4 folding chairs, outdoor rug, small charcoal grill(available upon request), lighter. • Extras: DVD movies, board games, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, broom & dustpan. ______________________________________________________ *Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law. Incurred tolls & additional fees deducted from security deposit within 14 days. *Any missing or damaged amenities will be subject to charges once post trip inspection has been completed. *Excessive dirt, mud, or any other form of heavy soiling may incur a cleaning fee of up to $500. To avoid these charges, please ensure that the interior and exterior of the RV are returned in a state comparable to when you first rented it. *ABSOLUTELY NO TOWING ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS. *Festivals or tailgating plans must be pre-approved by host prior to reservation. NO BURNING MAN OR SIMILAR EVENTS ALLOWED. (Vehicle is equipped w/GPS monitoring for safety and security.) *ABSOLUTELY NO smoking or vaping inside; violators forfeit deposit. *Max 2 dogs allowed; undisclosed pets incur a $250 deduction. Renter responsible for pet damages.
