Stationary rental available for the 2024 Solar Eclipse on April 8th. Come out and enjoy this once in a lifetime event inside the path of totality! This RV is located on a large private ranch property with full RV hookups and a great area for viewing the upcoming solar eclipse. Lots of wildlife on the property including zebras, donkeys, bison, antelope, elk, axis, fallow, sheep, goats and other species for your viewing pleasure. This beautiful travel trailer is a brand new 2021 Heartland Prowler 250BH. It can sleep up to a total of 8 people comfortably if traveling with children. Each of the two bunks are full-sized which could fit 2 kids per bunk or 1 full size adult. The dinette and couch both fold out to be full-sized beds as well. The bedroom has an RV Queen that will sleep 2 adults comfortably. This RV is light weight and easy to pull with a half-ton vehicle (F-150, Suburban, Tahoe, Silverado, etc.) with a towing package. We provide a trailer hitch to plug into your 2" receiver with the proper ball size (2 5/16"). Experience with pulling large trailers is preferred upon booking. Larger trucks would provide more stability when pulling this trailer and better gas mileage. This rental includes the following: - RV friendly toilet paper, paper towels, basic cleaning supplies, basic kitchen ware, coffee maker, microwave, gas range and RV oven. - RV sewage hose kit, water hoses, surge protector, main power cord and adapter plugs for connection to either 30amp or 50amp camping sites (We include everything that is needed to connect to your RV friendly campsite). - 9'x16' Outdoor rug, camping chairs and folding table. - (1) Queen and (2) double sheet sets as well as towels are included with the rental. All linens including the comforters are washed after each rental/use. We will provide all the training and support necessary for RV and will always be on call during your travel for any additional questions. We prefer to be contacted with any questions you might have rather than renters doing something wrong to mess up the RV and have to pay for it later. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed in this RV. If it is determined that this was violated fees will be assessed from the security deposit. The RV needs to be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up or delivered, with general cleaning being performed before returning. The cleaning fees associated with the rental are for laundry, deep clean and disinfecting of all surfaces.
