Fully stocked with cookware, plates, cups, cooking utensils, silverware and coffeemaker With THREE slide outs, this coach has separate front and rear bedrooms allowing for privacy and the ability to put kids to bed (in bunkhouse) while adults can still use the living area/bathroom/kitchen The front bedroom offers a brand new full-size king bed memory foam mattress and a brand new dedicated AC unit w/ thermostat (it will freeze you out if you ask it to!) The rear bedroom/bunkhouse utilizes dual slide outs to create a fairly large living space (for an RV) and offer a rear wardrobe/cabinet area and small desk/entertainment center for those who would like to use the rear bedroom as a remote work office -- bunk beds are brand new twin-size memory foam mattresses Sleeps 6 super-comfortably (everyone gets an actual bed) and can accommodate up to 8-10 if dinette and fold-down sofa bed used as beds A permanently installed travel router provides WiFi for the whole unit (if desired) and includes RJ45 jacks for those who need a hard line connection -- internet service can be supplied via WiFi (if available at destination), a hard line WAN connection (if available) or Starlink Satellite Service (available for an additional fee) This RV is dog friendly (sorry, no cats - owners are allergic) -- please provide info about your pet when making a reservation Delivery available up to 200 miles from the Houston Metro area (i.e. - San Antonio, Austin/Hill Country, Corpus and Beaumont/Pt Arthur area) No smoking - No drugs - Please! 3/4 ton truck or larger is the best choice (F-250, Chevy/Ram 2500) to tow this trailer as it is rated for up to 11k lbs fully loaded -- although it is possible to pull this trailer with an F-150 that has the factory "max tow package"
