HOME AWAY – 2011 Thor Motor coach Four Winds This is a 2011 Class C with under 100K miles and is well maintained. I would not have any issues with taking this unit on a long road trip. We also use this unit for our family vacations, so we have it FULLY set up and ready to go! To help lower the stress of preparing for a trip, all you need to do is add food, drinks, and personal toiletries. RV can sleep up to 8 (6 adults - 2 children on dinette bed) - **UPGRADED** 10" Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattress queen in master - Full size air mattress that goes over sofa - Dinette - LARGE overhead bunk RV includes - Bed linens for master and sofa/air mattress with blankets and sleeping bags for dinette/overhead bed, and 8 hypo allergenic pillows - Bathroom towels, hand towels, and washcloths - Pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, flatware, cups, mugs, knifes, coffee maker (works with coffee grounds and K-cup), toaster oven, can opener, mixing/serving bowls, small set of tupperware - Trash can (with trash bags), broom and dustpan, vacuum cleaner, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, and dish soap - Small grill with spatula and brush **you provide charcoal and lighter fluid** - Septic hose, freshwater hose, and water filter - TV with Blue-ray player in living room and TV in master, both have Chromecast devices - All chemicals for black and grey water and there is a tank flushing system installed - Vehicle levelling blocks and wheel chocks RV also has power awning, patio light, and is provided with large outdoor patio rug. We ARE Pet friendly, but only by approval on a case by case basis. RV will be provided with a FULL fuel tank and FULL Propane ... RV MUST BE RETURNED with FULL Fuel tank or you will be charged the $50 fee plus cost of fuel. We hope that you have loads of fun while creating great memories with this stress-free unit!!
