Travel around in comfort and easy drive in this Winnebago view on a Mercedes sprinter Diesel chassis. The RV has a full wall slide making plenty of room while at your campsite and plenty storage, and space saving features! For sleeping you have the sofa that converts to a queen sized bed with a push of a button and not need to remove your bedding bored stowing the bed away. The upper loft has an access ladder and sleeps 2, The dinette converts into a bed for 2 small children. There are 2 lap belts at the dinette. The front captains chairs spin around facing the living area for additional seating. Plenty of kitchen draws and cabinet space for storage. This RV is equipped with a tankless water heater, convection microwave, 2 burner gas cook tip, electric fridge that will operate on battery while traveling so it stays cold all the time, AC, furnace heat, freshwater holding tank, and diesel generator. Outside there are several storage compartment doors for your outside gear. What's included??? The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling blocks. (Note:Bedding is not included with the RV) Bedding can be added for an additional $45 upon request. This a NON SMOKING rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $1500 deposit and will not be refunded. PICK UP TIME: is at 10:00 RETURN TIME: Is at 4:00 PM Additional $50 per hour late fee, after 4 hours you will be charged an additional nights rental. Please plan ahead for refueling, unloading, and clean up prior to return. Scheduled pick up times need to be coordinated as we have multiple RVs in our fleet. All Holiday Weekends have a 3 night minimum We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $50.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 or U-Haul just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane. We have add ons that can be added at pick up such as camping chairs, grilles, and services. After booking your RV, we will email you a welcome letter, instructions, and Youtube video links of how to use the RV.
