This highly sought after Winnebago View is one of the best in its class and is practically brand new. The easy driving and comfort of this RV will keep you at ease on the road focus more and sight seeing and fun with the family VS fighting to drive. This RV is 25 FT in length but has a full wall slide out maximizing your living space. Overhead full sized bed loft with access ladder, theater seating recliners with small table insert, In the rear is a sofa murphy bed. Sofa during the day, pull down for a queen sized bed at night. Rear bathroom with upgraded porcelain toilet, (yes that's right, your roughing it!) TV, microwave oven, gas cook top, fridge/freezer, Diesel generator, fresh water holding tank, a stocked kitchen for your cooking needs, and many upgraded features on this loaded out RV. Auto leveling jacks, tow hitch, electric awing and much more. Sleeps 4, 2 in the master bed and 2 in the upper loft. After booking your RV, we will email you a welcome letter, instructions, and Youtube video links of how to use the RV. What's included??? The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling blocks. (Note:Bedding is not included with the RV) Bedding can be added for an additional $45 upon request. This a NON SMOKING rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $1500 deposit and will not be refunded. PICK UP TIME: is at 10:00 RETURN TIME: Is at 4:00 PM Additional $50 per hour late fee, after 4 hours you will be charged an additional nights rental. Please plan ahead for refueling, unloading, and clean up prior to return. Scheduled pick up times need to be coordinated as we have multiple RVs in our fleet. No burning man We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 or U-Haul just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane. We have add ons that can be added at pick up such as camping chairs, grilles, and services. After booking your RV, we will email you a welcome letter, instructions, and Youtube video links of how to use the RV.
