Brand new 2021 GulfStream Kingsport 199DD Camper Sleeps 5 (bed sheets provided) with a queen size bed in the front and twin bunks in the rear. Dinette converts to an additional bed. Comes with indoor kitchen (with fridge and freezer, two burner stove, sink) and private bathroom (has small bathtub for children). Basic kitchen necessities and bathroom RV toilet paper with 6 Gal Gas Water Heater. Ample storage as well! Electric awning to provide much needed shade. No pets. No smoking. No vaping. Comes with all basic equipment needed to hook up to your site: • RV Surge protector • 50 to 30 amp connector • Water hose • Water pressure regulator • Water purifier • Leveling block • Chocks • 4 Stabilizer Jacks attached to trailer • Black/Grey water hose Vehicle must have the following: • 2” receiver for trailer hitch to be inserted • 7 blade connector (trailer does have trailer brakes) Fees: • $100 cleaning fee if trailer comes back dirty • $75 dump fee if black, grey or fresh water tanks are not completely empty upon return • $100 fee if any pets are in the camper • $500 fee if any smoking or vaping takes place in the camper to have it professionally cleaned PLEASE READ *** IT IS THE RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THEIR VEHICLE IS EQUIPTED TO PULL THIS SIZE OF RV.
