Full sized bunk beds, lounger sleeper sofa, dinette makes into bed, queen mater suit. 33’ total length from hitch to rear bumper, USB charging ports, 1 TV,, outside cook top, sink, and Fridge, bed room entry door, large bathroom, 1 large slide, fresh water holding tank, electric tongue jack, 4 crank down stabilizing jacks, and large pantry storage. Delivery & pick up available within reasonable distance and availability. NOTE: NO SUNDAY PICK UPS! Monday-Friday pick up only Delivery & Pick up only! What's included?? Stocked kitchen with eating unitless, plates, bowls, cups, cookware, small coffee maker, dish towels, bath towels, 1 roll of paper towels 2 rolls of toilet paper. Sway control hitch will be provided with the RV. All Holiday Weekends have a 3 night minimum NOTE: !!!!!!!!!! Tow vehicle must be capable of towing 9000lbs or more and have an electric brake controller installed. Load level hitch will be provided. When requesting your booking, please provide your tow vehicle information! Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a class 3 tow hitch and have trailer brake controller with a 7 pin connector. Pick up time starts at 10:00AM and Return time is by 4:00PM A day earlier pick up than reservation date for loading time is NOT an option. We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane.
