This beautiful Thor Geneva has everything you need for a great family vacation touring around the state parks, lakes, and mountains. With the Ford 7.3L V8 engine it's sure to get your where you want to go along with a smooth ride! This 31' RV has a KING master bed and that can be closed off from the rest of the coach, private bath, upper sleeping loft, convertible dinette booth, and recliner seating! Stocked kitchen for your cooking needs, gas cook top, tankless water heater, 2 AC units, tons of storage, 2 TV's inside and 1 exterior TV, electric awing, and many more features on this rig! What's included??? The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling blocks. (Note:Bedding is not included with the RV) Bedding can be added for an additional $45 upon request. This a NON SMOKING rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $1500 deposit and will not be refunded. PICK UP TIME: is at 10:00 RETURN TIME: Is at 4:00 PM Additional $50 per hour late fee, after 4 hours you will be charged an additional nights rental. Please plan ahead for refueling, unloading, and clean up prior to return. Scheduled pick up times need to be coordinated as we have multiple RVs in our fleet. NO SUNDAY reservation pick ups. We are closed on Sundays and do not have staff available for Sunday show outs. Sunday returns are ok with our key drop box. All Holiday Weekends have a 3 night minimum We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 or U-Haul just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane. We have add ons that can be added at pick up such as camping chairs, grilles, and services. After booking your RV, we will email you a welcome letter, instructions, and Youtube video links of how to use the RV.
