• Time to go camping in a brand new beautiful travel trailer! All you need to bring is toiletries, food, and firewood. This trailer has all the amenities inside as well as a 19 Ft. awning, outdoor shower, LED lights under the Awning with Bluetooth Speakers, and a gas griddle! • The stairs going into the trailer pull-down and extra braces for stability are available in the front storage compartment. There's a handrail that will assist you. Upon entering the trailer, you will notice the kitchen with the U-shaped dinette across from it. The dinette transforms into a bed that would be perfect for kids or a small adult. Below the TV is a bank of Cabinets with a few Card Games and Dice. The kitchen is equipped with a large farmhouse sink, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove top and oven. The Kitchen is fully loaded with all of the essential Cooking Supplies and dish wear for up to 8. • At the Front of the trailer is a Queen room with doors, we have added a 3” memory foam topper to the mattress for added comfort. There is plenty of room to store your clothes in the 2 side cabinets and overhead bin. There is also more storage at the foot of the bed under the mattress. There are Outlets on each side of the bed for your charging needs and a fan available. • You will find a 32" Smart TV mounted with an extendable arm that also swivels to be able to be viewed from most of the camper. Smart TV features can be used with your personal hotspot or campground Wi-Fi, if available. Below the TV, you will find a built-in Bluetooth Speaker/radio. Set up your phone to play your favorite music inside and outside of the camper. There is a local TV antenna installed and can be adjusted in the Queen room. • Our unit comes fully stocked with clean bedding, towels, and kitchenware. You only need to bring food and personal items!! Beds will be made for your convenience unless you would prefer to make them yourselves. Five pillows are provided, so you may choose to bring more if needed for your comfort. In the kitchen, we provide silverware for 8, plates, bowls, cups for 8, 3 coffee cups, cooking utensils, wine opener, can opener, measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, coffee maker (pods), pots and pans, 1 rolls of paper towels, 3 trash bags, dish towels, dish rags, dish soap, ice trays, and drying rack. • In the rear of the trailer, there are two double bunk beds with foam toppers, comfortable for 1 adult each, or multiple children each, due to the corner of the bed being at an angle. Each bunk will have a rechargeable fan that also provides lighting. There are 2 electric outlets in the top bunk and 2 USB outlets located in the bottom bunk. Under the bottom bunk is a large storage area. Next to the bunk beds is the bathroom. The shower is 30" x 36" with a mounted, removable handheld shower head. An antimicrobial mat is provided for the shower floor. Four bath towels, four wash rags, a bath mat, and a trash can are provided. We will also supply 8 rolls of RV-approved toilet paper. • Outside in the front storage compartment, we provide 2 camp chairs, 300 lb. capacity each, for your use plus a fold-out table. The trailer is easy to tow with any SUV or Truck that has a 7600 lb or more towing capacity. We provide a sway control hitch assembly, which does include the hitch ball. An electronic trailer braking assist system is installed and can be controlled using the app. Two tanks of propane are also provided for an additional fee. This is a 30 AMP trailer with a 50 AMP adapter available, and an inline surge protector. You will also have all sewer line hookup hoses as well as a drinking quality water hose. There is 1 set of wheel chocks and 2 sets of X chocks. There are 4 manual jacks, 2 forward and 2 aft, we provide a cordless impactor to manually lower jacks and level the trailer. • NO Smoking -Evidence of smoking will result in a $100 fee claimed from the security deposit. NO Pets unless approved and the pet fee is paid. -Evidence of pets without approval will result in a $100 fee claimed from the security deposit. • $500 Refundable Security Deposit -Excessive cleanup of the trailer will result in a Cleaning fee of $100. • Optional Dumping Fee- $50 • Don't have a vehicle to pull this trailer? No problem! We deliver and set up for an additional fee based on mileage.
