Fully appointed and comfortable camper ready for your next trip. We would love for people to enjoy our camper instead of it sitting around when we don't use it. It has been a home away from home for many BMX races and campsites over the years. Our family loves the convenience and comfort a camper offers over a cookie cutter hotel. It sports a large slide out that makes it very accommodating for a large family or group with an open layout and functional kitchen/living area. Kitchen has a 3 burner stove, oven (which we have never used,) microwave, large sink, and good counter space. Basic kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dinnerware, coffee pot, and electric griddle are included. The queen size bed in the private front bedroom has a TV, spacious closets, and storage under the bed. The rear bunk beds alone can sleep 4 younger kids with ease. Full size sofa is comfy to relax and hang out on and easily pulls out to sleep two. Although we have never needed it, the dinette converts to a bed as well. Although it does sleep 8 my honest opinion is 6 comfortably. 3-4 kids in the bunk beds, one person on the couch, and two in the bedroom. From my experience, I won't try and convince you it'll be a great night's sleep with any more than that. Sheets and pillows are available for a rental fee. The outdoor kitchen was a waste of space for our family and is now a large storage area with power outlets for whatever you may need. We can include a 22" Blackstone, stand, basic utensils, and 20lb propane bottle for an additional fee. Please clean it after use. 15ft Power awning with LED lights and outdoor speakers are great for entertaining. Front/Rear storage areas will include a variety of tools, camping supplies, and anything you may need for your adventure. We also include the correct socket and impact driver for the stabilizers so you do not have to crank them by hand for fast easy set up. All Equipment for water, power, sewer, and leveling is neatly organized for a hassle free setup. The stove/oven and furnace all use propane. Two full bottles are included and should be refilled before returning. The refrigerator can also run on propane as well to keep things cold while traveling. Hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper provided. Please bring anything else you may need. Please return it like you found it. Dump/flush black and gray tanks, remove trash, sweep, wipe counters, and wipe inside of the refrigerator (Lysol wipes included). If sheets and pillows are rented, please remove the sheets from the beds and place them in the tub. A cleaning and/or dump fee will be charged otherwise. Delivery/setup available for a fee. We require a full hook up site for this. Let us know where you will be staying if you choose delivery. If you are an experienced camper, ask us about a boondock package. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE: Do not tow our camper if you are not experienced/comfortable towing a camper of this size with a properly equipped vehicle. You need a large SUV or half ton truck at a minimum. Delivery would be best for you if this is not the case. PLEASE: Do your homework ahead of time and have a basic knowledge of how to set up and use a camper and its features... you'll thank me later for saving you some stress. We will always explain everything and answer any questions you may have at pickup or during your trip.
